The client asked Curio to review the development opportunities of several adjoining residential sites within an established suburban area. The brief was to understand how the plots could be assessed together rather than in isolation, while allowing for phased delivery.
Curio assembled and analysed the individual plots as a single development opportunity, establishing a holistic site boundary and testing redevelopment options at a masterplan scale. This enabled informed decisions around massing, access and use across the combined landholding.
